How do I prepare for a test?
Depending on the test type, you may need to fast for a certain time or perform other preparations. You may give us a call to learn details.
What do I need to bring?
Excluding the biological specimen that you may collect yourself for some test types, you need to bring an insurance card, in case of having the insurance-covered test, and your ID.
How do you perform testing?
We get a specimen from you in a professional manner, place it in the container required for a particular type of specimen, label it, and send it to our laboratory areas for further testing. Once the results are obtained, we will deliver them to you via email. You may also get a paper-based copy at the reception.
Do you provide anonymous testing?
In accordance with the industry-latest practices, we respect the privacy of our clients and provide 100% anonymous testing.
Do you offer insurance-covered testing?
Yes, if your testing meets the requirements regarding insurance-covered testing, you may apply for it in the usual way.
Is prior appointment scheduling obligatory?
No, even if you did not book a particular time slot, you still may get tested in the order of arrival.

It’s a location with a reception area for handling customer interactions and a laboratory area where the testing procedures are performed.
What testing lines Number One Lab provides?
We perform testing for respiratory, podiatry, and digestive infections, as well as testing for UTIs, STDs, drugs, COVID-19, and more. Additional lines may be applicable by request.
How is COVID-19 testing in Number One Lab performed?
In the case of PCR testing, we take a specimen (nasal swab), put it in a hermetically sealed tube, label it, and send it to the laboratory area for testing. Once the testing is complete, we issue results via email.
Do you provide technical support and assistance to healthcare facilities that want to partner with you?

Can you establish a new testing line by request?
Yes, you may discuss with our representative your necessity for another testing line, and we will do our best to meet it.

Do you report to clients or to their healthcare providers?
In case the testing was held by the recommendation of the provider, and we have access to the provider’s contact details, we necessarily inform the provider about the testing results.
